专利说明:

The present invention relates to cosmetic products containing at least one emulsifier, at least one oil and / or a wax and / or an ester, at least one special combination of preservative. The aforementioned cosmetic products are suitable for cleaning the skin and / or hair and have a remarkable conservative potential.
In addition, the present invention relates to the use of cosmetic products according to the invention, for cleaning and care of the skin and / or hair.
Finally, the present invention relates to the use of special combinations of preservatives, aimed at keeping the cleaning compositions in the form of emulsions.
Because of their composition, cosmetic products can serve as culture medium for germs and micro-organisms. These germs can on the one hand cause microbial contamination of the consumer and on the other hand they can modify the ingredients of cosmetics, and thus create substances with undesirable effects such as sensitivity or skin irritation. In order to prevent these undesirable consequences and to ensure a certain minimum durability of the cosmetic products, they must be preserved. On the other hand, since preservatives have an irritating effect, their use in cosmetics is severely regulated.
The microflora of the skin has a determining influence on different cosmetic parameters. Thus, pathogenic germs such as Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) play an essential role in the appearance of impurities in the skin. The most recent studies also indicate that an unbalanced skin microflora can have an effect on skin aging because undesirable germs imply an increased immune defense, which itself causes a multiplication of inflammatory reactions, during which markers of aging of the skin are stimulated.
Thus, as before, there is a need for compositions with preservatives preventing on the one hand the colonization of the product or the skin by undesirable germs and, on the other hand, not affecting or substantially impairing the flora. natural skin.
Mixing different antimicrobial substances to increase antimicrobial activity is a generally known method. Thus, patent application WO 03/043 593 A1 proposes to combine traditional antibacterial substances such as triclosan, phenoxyethanol or hexetidine with lauryl ethyl arginate, in order to reinforce the antibacterial effect. Patent application WO 2007/014580 A1 proposes mixtures of preserving agents, which contain, besides lauryl ethyl arginate, salts of organic or inorganic acids, in particular sodium citrate, sodium acetate, sodium glutamate, sodium fumarate, sodium malate, sodium gluconate, sodium laurate, sodium lactate, sodium hexametaphosphate, tertiary butyl hydroquinone, sodium sodium propyl paraben or glucosamine hydrochlorides or ethanolamine. Cosmetic compositions containing a mixture of preservatives from lauric ethyl arginate and parabens, imidazolyl-urea, phenoxyethanol, hydantoin DMDM, 2-methyl-5-chloro-3,4 isothiazolinone / 2-methyl-3,4-isothiazolinone and quaternium-15 are disclosed in EP 1414394 B1.
The need to provide antimicrobial compositions of high efficiency despite small amounts used therefore exists.
The present invention had the underlying task of preparing cosmetic products having both a good cleaning and care effect as well as a remarkable preservation potential. In particular, synergistic combinations of preserving agents had to be found which were to be very effective at low concentrations and to allow the manufacture of cosmetic products causing little irritation and sensitivity because of the small amounts of use.
Surprisingly, it has been discovered that the use of certain preservative blends in cosmetics results in a synergistic effect on the preservative effect. This is why the amounts of preserving agent used can be reduced, without having a negative influence on the preservative effect. Due to the reduced amounts of preservatives, the cosmetic products according to the invention cause little irritation and sensitivity.
Thus, the object of the present invention is a cosmetic product containing, in a well-tolerated cosmetic carrier, a) at least one emulsifier, b) at least one compound, selected from the group of oils, waxes, esters or mixtures of these, c) at least one preservative compound, selected from the group of - chloroxylenol and phenoxyisopropanol - undecylenic acid and methanoic acid (formic acid) - phenoxyisopropanol and piroctone olamine - phenoxyisopropanol and methanoic acid - sulfite (s) and hexetidine - lauric ethyl arginate and methanoic acid - lauric ethyl arginate and chloroxylenol - hexetidine and benzyl alcohol - hexetidine and chloroxylenol - hexetidine and piroctone olamine - hexetidine and chlorophenesin - hexetidine and methanoic acid and compounds thereof.
The cosmetic products of the present invention are preferably emulsions in the form of cleansing milk, impregnating solutions for the cleaning cloths as well as emulsions making it possible to remove make-up at the level of the eyes.
By "preserving agent compound" is meant according to the invention a compound from two preserving agents previously mentioned in point b).
In addition, "emulsifier" means the amphiphilic compounds (bifunctional) according to the invention, which are composed of at least one hydrophobic fraction and at least one hydrophilic fraction. The hydrophobic residue is preferably a hydrocarbon chain comprising 8 to 28 atoms, which may be saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched. Most preferably, this C8-C28 alkyl chain is linear.
In addition, in the context of the present invention, "waxes" are understood to mean substances which are malleable or solid to brittle at a temperature of 20 ° C., which have a coarse structure with a fine crystalline structure and whose color goes from translucent to opaque, but not vitreous. In addition, these substances melt at a temperature above 25 ° C without decomposition, are less slightly liquid (less viscous) above the melting point, have a consistency and solubility greatly dependent on the temperature and are polishable at low pressure.
In addition, according to the invention, the term "ester" means carbonic acid derivatives which have at least one functional group RrC (O) -O-R2, Ri and R2 being respectively independent, embodying C2 alkyl groups. -C30, C2-C30 alkylene groups, as well as C2-C30 aralkyl groups. The preferable esters contain precisely one of the aforementioned functional groups. These esters are for example obtained from a reaction of a carbonic acid with an alcohol.
In the present, the indications in% weight relate, unless otherwise stated, to the total weight of the cosmetic product according to the invention, the sum of all the ingredients of the product according to the invention being equal to 100% by weight.
